March can sometimes bring windy days for kite flying! Let’s do a kite craft with our children
What you need
- Construction paper
- Crayons
- Bow tie pasta (multicolored is best)-optional
- Yarn
- Glue
What to do
Draw a diamond shape pattern on the construction paper for your child. Let your child color the kite. Then glue the yarn for the string. Help your child glue the bowtie pasta to the tail of the kite. Talk about how windy days are great for kite flying!
When the project is finished hang it proudly for your child to see. Then check out our preschool games online and play our weather game together!
